ASU Preparatory Academy Enrollment and Lottery Procedures

ASU Prep is a free, innovative public charter school open to all students living in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. A core belief of ASU Prep is that all students can and will achieve a four year university degree.

We are accepting interest forms for all grades, Pre K-11 and will be serving grades Pre K-12 by 2014. A lottery will be held for grades 1 through 8 on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at all campuses.

Registration Procedure:

  Note: To request a registration form be mailed to you, call the campus of your choice;

• Complete the registration form and submit to the campus of your choice

• Submit the following official documents to the registrar’s office

  Original birth certificate
  Complete immunization records
  Parent photo identification

Lottery Procedure:

In the event there are more students who desire to attend ASU Preparatory Academies than there are seats available, ASU Preparatory Academies will hold a public lottery to determine which students will be admitted or placed on the waiting. The order of the wait list will also be announced. This is done according to state statute. Attendance at the lottery is NOT mandatory, but the event is open to the public and all are welcome. Families will be notified of the lottery results by email the week following the lottery.
