Middle School Polytechnic
Welcome to ASU Prep Middle School, Polytechnic
Polytechnic Middle School clusters fifth and sixth grade and seventh and eighth grade students together in the classroom. The academic focus for the middle school is to expand on the skills of reading, writing and mathematics while adding an increased focus on science and social studies. Students receive all core academic classes from teachers who specialize in their content area. Students rotate through a block schedule of Mathematics, English/Language Arts and Science. Students also receive instruction in Physical Education, Music and Spanish. The middle school curriculum prepares ASU preparatory students to excel in high school and the Cambridge Curriculum offered at the ASU Preparatory High School.
