Issues logging in or missed the attendance deadline?
If you do not have a login or forget to log attendance on Fridays, please contact your school’s main office representative for login information or to rectify absences.

At Home Guide
With Family Choice Friday, ASU Prep offers families flexibility every week—without skipping a beat on learning.
Step 1: All families must log attendance in Infinite Campus before 2 p.m.
Family Choice Fridays are intended to give students and families the flexibility of where they learn on Fridays. We are still obligated to track attendance and ensure students are receiving instruction on Fridays. Be sure to set a timer or reminder to complete attendance by 2 p.m. on Fridays! See step-by-step instructions to log attendance.
Step 2: All students must complete their curriculum “Must Dos”on their *EdTech tools.
To meet state requirements, we must ensure every student is receiving instruction on school days. We can only verify that instruction and attendance through your curriculum Must Dos and *EdTech Tools (typically accessed through a student’s Classlink).

Your role in a successful Family Choice Friday
We want to provide all families with the flexibility to choose where students learn on Fridays and need your help to ensure all requirements are completed. Develop a plan for your family to make sure these two steps are done each Friday.

Students
Students can access everything they need—email, Canvas, Infinite Campus, Google Drive, and EdTech tools—through their ClassLink account.
They will receive username and password through either the guardian’s or student personal email.
If you do not have your password, or need to troubleshoot, please review the ClassLink Login Instructions.
Parents & Guardians
Use Infinite Campus to submit attendance, view announcements and complete re-enrollment. Get directions to create an account.
Canvas is where you can see your student’s grades, assignment submissions and teacher feedback and get contact info for your student’t teachers.
Bookmark our parent and guardian dashboard for quick access to sites you’ll use often.

Time Management Tips
Use these tips and techniques to stay focused and finish the week strong:
- Pomodoro Technique – Short bursts of focused work with breaks
- Eat the Frog – Tackle the hardest task first
- Time Blocking – Plan the day in chunks
- SMART Goals – Set goals that are specific, measurable, and doable
- Getting Things Done (GTD) – Write tasks down, prioritize, and stay on track
- ABC Method – Label tasks A (urgent), B (important), or C (can wait)
- Eisenhower Matrix – Focus on what’s urgent and important
- Batching – Group similar tasks together to stay focused
- Two-Minute Rule – If it takes two minutes or less, do it right away
- Time Tracking – Monitor how you spend time and adjust your schedule
