Ms. Alondra Salazar

Meet Ms. Salazar

Alondra Salazar, ASU Prep West Valley School Founder
Alondra is an equity-driven school leader with over 15 years of experience in improving student outcomes and teacher effectiveness. She’s served as a teacher, instructional coach and middle school principal, building systems that raise academic expectations while expanding student belonging and engagement. Most recently, Alondra is working to complete a one-year fellowship with Arizona Leads where she is in residency with Uncommon Schools, one of the highest performing charter networks in the country.

A proud first-generation Latina college graduate and Adelante Fellow with ALL In Education, Alondra’s mission is to ensure that every student—especially those historically underserved—has access to rigorous instruction, caring relationships and opportunities that reflect their full potential.

Alondra leads with community, collaboration, and a deep belief in student brilliance. Her work continues to focus on empowering educators, elevating family partnership, and designing joyful school cultures where every child is known and celebrated—not by exception, but by design.
