Where is the new campus location?
ASU Prep Phoenix has secured a new home at 201 E. Indianola Avenue, beginning in Fall 2026. Located just minutes from our current campus, this new location will continue to offer our current programs plus exciting new opportunities and modern upgrades.

Yes, this relocation is permanent and intended to provide long-term stability for our school community.

What will the facilities look like at the new location?
We’re excited about what’s ahead, and we’ll share details about classroom spaces, student amenities, and any renovations as we finalize plans and complete upgrades.

What will be the benefits to faculty and families?
This new location places students at the center of a dynamic hub of education and innovation. We will align the new campus with our academic model, creating a space that supports high-quality teaching, student engagement and long-term sustainability to deliver an even stronger educational experience.
This move will allow us to expand college and career-connected opportunities while continuing to offer personalized support and rigorous academic standards that have always defined ASU Prep Phoenix.

Will there be aftercare?
We will work directly with after-school service providers to ensure a seamless transition for our families who utilize after-school care. We’ll keep families updated on those logistics as soon as they’re available.

Can families visit the new campus?
The building is still home to another school. We are working collaboratively with their team to plan for a smooth transition. In the meantime, we ask that families do not visit the site directly out of respect for their students and staff.
We will coordinate tours and video previews when the time is right so everyone can experience the new campus together. We’ll share those opportunities with families and staff as details come together. In the meantime, please direct any questions to asuprep@asu.edu.

When can I enroll at the new campus?
Pre-enrollment for the 2026–27 school year will begin in January 2026. Just prior to enrollment, we will coordinate tours of the new campus so families can see the space. We’ll share those opportunities in advance. In the meantime, please direct any questions to asuprep@asu.edu.

How can I get regular updates on plans for the 2026–2027 school year?
We will continue to update this webpage with the latest information throughout the transition.
The newsletter that goes out to all ASU Prep Downtown Phoenix families every other Friday will also include a section with updates on building plans and opportunities to meet, discuss or bring questions for the 2026–2027 school year.

How can I share my feedback with ASU Prep leadership?
We welcome your thoughts and questions. Email us anytime at asuprep@asu.edu. Common questions and feedback will be summarized and addressed in our updates, as well as on this webpage. Additionally, we’ll schedule informational sessions as needed and announce those dates in the newsletter and on this webpage.

Are the current ASU Prep teachers moving to the new location?
ASU Prep Phoenix teachers are excited about the new location, and teachers will be offered positions in the new program for next year.

Will there be parent meetings offered in Spanish?
Yes, during the next group of meetings in October, there will be a Spanish-only parent meeting, and we can also arrange for translation for in-person meetings.

What is the school doing to ensure the new building is safe and secure?
Safety is a top priority for the new site. We will transfer the Raptor Visitor Management System to help ensure the safety of our students and staff in the new building. We will evaluate the site for safety using the guidance from the I Love You Guys Foundation. Any necessary improvements to meet our safety standards will be made prior to the start of school.
