ASU Prep Public Records Request
Request Information

Please email your official request for public records to publicrecordsrequest@asuprep.org with the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mailing Address (including street, city, ZIP code)
- Records requested
- Whether or not the request is for a commercial purpose*
*All persons requesting inspection and/or copying of public records must attest if they have requested the public records for a commercial purpose. “Commercial Purpose” means the use of public records for the purpose of producing a document containing all or part of the copy, printout or photograph for sale. It also includes the obtaining of names and addresses from public records for the purpose of solicitation or the sale of such names and addresses to another for the purpose of solicitation or for any purpose in which the requester can reasonably anticipate the receipt of monetary gain from the direct or indirect use of such public record.
If you’d prefer to fill out a paper copy, you can obtain one during business hours from your local ASU Preparatory Academy campus or the network office at 1130 E University Drive, Suite 230, Tempe, AZ 85288.
